En 2007, ce sont plus d’1,2 millions de gazelles, d’antilopes et autre mammifères qui ont été recensées au Soudan à la grande surprise des spécialistes du monde animal. En effet, les experts pensaient que les deux espèces avaient été décimées lors de la guerre civile. Les différents mammifères se sont en fait réfugiés en groupes des plus importants afin d’effectuer leur migration annuelle. Un spectacle à part entière que la nature nous offre !
